We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Production to lead a dynamic team of creative producers. In this role, you will oversee the production of high-quality creative assets that drive engagement and elevate our brand presence, while managing and mentoring a talented team.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring, coaching, and day-to-day management to creative producers including; 1-on-1s, weekly team meetings, employee development, morale and team building.
• Guide high impact projects from an EP level to ensure clean working style, minimized road bumps, and successful/smooth executions.
