- Head up the end-to-end development of new billing products, making sure our goals are aligned with user needs
- Own the product life cycle–from market, BI, and user research, to defining wireframes and scope, setting KPIs, and overseeing the development process
- Conduct user research by talking to users and support agents, analyzing user data, and conducting usability tests to continually improve the product
- Create and execute product strategies, that drive business results and align with Wix’s business goals and objectives
- Analyze data on the current performance of our funnel to identify opportunities to attract new users and convert existing ones to paid plans
- Play a key role in building your vertical’s yearly roadmap
Requirements
- A Product Manager with 3+ years experience building consumer-facing billing/payment-related products
- You’re curious about how to solve the “big” problems and can translate user needs into a great user experience
- You’re a strategic thinker and business-oriented product professional who can identify opportunities, determine a clear direction for a product, and manage priorities effectively
- You’re fluent in defining use cases, designing user journeys, analyzing user behavior, and making data-driven decisions
- You have proven experience working collaboratively with R&D and UX teams
- You’re proactive, dedicated, and passionate. You take ownership and feel comfortable juggling competing priorities
- You're comfortable analyzing data, and you understand technical aspects of products such as API design, platformization, and performance
