Product Program Manager, Otter - LATAM

Restaurants around the world, both large and small, including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry’s, KFC, and Eataly trust our software to power their delivery business. We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches.

What you’ll do:

Business Insights

• Planning & prioritization: helping development teams collect business insights (through qualitative research with customers and quantitative analysis)
• Feature request process + product roadmap development - help flag and raise product pain points, partner with product teams to provide operations inputs

Product Rollout Coordination + Maintenance

• Collaborate with the product team on testing & rollout plans
• Lead operations-testing & feature validation process including launch checklists
• Own bug/issue tracking and triaging

Roadmap Transparency + Knowledge Management

• Co-own project tracking & management, help provide visibility to non-product stakeholders on what’s being worked upon by the team at any point in time
• Lead operations enablement for new product features -- including product update emails/newsletters, rollout plan training, and material (how product features work, limitations/requirements, etc.)

What we’re looking for

• 4-6+ years of experience within project, product, or program management with a background working with technical product/engineering teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Systems thinking: the ability to understand product offerings, how they add value, and how they technically function
• Proficiency in English
