Our Finance team manages and balances complex budgets across our global business. Multiple regions, multiple categories and covering all aspects of the finance cycle. About the role

As our Finance Manager, FP&A, you will:

• Lead month-end financial reporting and analysis.
• Conduct financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with market FDs to understand financial performance drivers.
• Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
• Develop and implement best practice processes and governance in FP&A.
• Partner with various finance teams to ensure smooth forecast processes.
• Manage and mentor FP&A team members.
• Present performance reports and variance analyses.
• Serve as a finance business partner for key stakeholders.
• Support long-term strategic modeling and scenario analysis.

About you

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

• Qualified accountant with at least four years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong financial analysis, planning, and budgeting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with OneStream, SAP, and Tableau preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interpret and present financial data.
• Commercial acumen to influence business decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships globally.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Experience in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
