Our Finance team manages and balances complex budgets across our global business. Multiple regions, multiple categories and covering all aspects of the finance cycle. About the role

As our Finance Manager for Direct, you will:

• Identify and analyze drivers of Gross Margin to provide actionable insights.
• Support joint business planning, including tracking volume drivers and conversion rates.
• Maintain continuous collaboration with commercial stakeholders and guide them through internal processes.
• Understand and support the strategic plans of the business, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
• Align key stakeholders with risks and opportunities.
• Participate actively in the monthly planning cycle, ensuring adherence to planning assumptions.
• Support strategic growth initiatives.
• Upskill commercial teams and foster full P&L ownership.
• Manage customer spend accurately, utilizing Vistex and posting month-end journals.
• Perform variance analysis of actual results against plans.

About you

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

• Proven business partnering experience within an ecommerce environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and improve them.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with frequently changing plans.
• Strong communication skills, able to make financial information accessible to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize workload, and meet strict deadlines.
• Direct Retail Sales business partnering experience.
• Qualified Accountant
• Previous exposure to senior stakeholder management.
• Experience in investment appraisal and financial modeling of commercial decisions.
• Familiarity with SAP/OneStream.
