About the role

As our Finance Manager, BBI, you will:

• Drive and support the global finance strategy for Brand Building Investments (BBI).
• Shape marketing strategy and propose opportunities to maximize ROI.
• Challenge current processes to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
• Provide financial analysis for business cases and support investment decision-making.
• Conduct post-investment analysis to track performance and inform future decisions.
• Enable effective global financial governance for BBI.
• Analyze and communicate key drivers of financial variances.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Ensure procurement and purchasing procedures are effective.
• Partner with key stakeholders to align financial forecasts and actuals with media and advertising plans.

About you

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

• Strong background in Accounting, Business, or Finance for a large multinational.
• Experience in commercial/category finance.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience developing new ways of working and driving global alignment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to interpret and provide financial insights to senior management.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask.
• Strong strategic thinking and self-starting ability.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and resilient in the face of challenges.
