Job Description

This field-based position of Bilingual District Sales Manager is a hybrid role where the individual works to accelerate sales growth and “most often recommended (MOR)” market share in the Sonicare and Zoom! Whitening portfolios. They will be responsible for managing a territory of new and existing dental customers in the Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Guelph and Kitchener area of Ontario. In addition, the individual will also be directly responsible for managing a sales team of 3-4 Territory Business Managers in the province of Quebec and/or Ontario.

Your role:

• Manage and achieve team District sales performance of Territory Business Managers (TBMs) in the provinces of Quebec/Ontario.
• Develop, collaborate and execute Territory & District business plans to drive product usage, recommendation and sales results.
• Reach or exceed established revenue and/or unit growth targets within assigned District by selling Philips Oral Healthcare product portfolio to DPs to dispense or use with patient
