Junior Graphic Designer

Based in the Binance Global Creative Team and under the guidance and direction of senior creatives in the team, the Junior Designer will produce world-class design work for the crypto currency platform Binance.

To produce brilliant, compelling, and effective design work for all Binance creative needs. Delivering modern, effective, and inspiring creative deliverables for the global crypto currency platform brand at all times.

Reporting to the Design Lead, the Junior Designer will work closely with the creative and other internal teams and will be producing digital graphic design, localisation of campaign graphics, and help design effective communications for all relevant channels, covering social media, websites, events, digital marketing, OOH, and more.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the design team, develop and produce artwork and advertising, which reflect the identity of Binance globally; across different products and local markets.
• Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output.
• Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations.
• Contribute ideation for Brand-led campaigns and activations.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in established graphic studios, branding or advertising agencies, or in-house design and branding roles.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range and strong understanding of aesthetics, design and communication.
• A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative group.
• Ability to single handedly execute creative work, independently and remotely.
• Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must, knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools a plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX work is a plus.
• Fluency in English required (additional languages a plus).
