Senior Quality Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans and strategies. Define test objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Test Execution: Perform various types of testing including functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Execute test cases to ensure our high standards are maintained.
• Defect Management: Take ownership of defects and ensuring reported defects contain details needed for all departments to understand, action and re-test where necessary.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and increase our confidence with each release iteration. Identify key areas worth focusing on for automated testing to increase test coverage.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Document test results, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
