Job Summary

The Senior Principal Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for developing and improving site molding and tooling processes through direct supervision of design, construction and maintenance improvements. Designs process improvements to reduce product cost, process cycle time and improved product quality. This role is responsible for the coordination and management of resources to drive projects to completion. The job has autonomy and complexity reflective of driving multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical tooling support for development of new products in conjunction with R&D
• Assist in conducting various studies and root cause analysis to determine resolutions
