Job Overview:

As the Digital Finance Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the evolution of our financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, alongside analyzing and interpreting financial data to provide valuable insights. Working closely with the finance team, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at transforming our financial operations.

What You'll Champion:

• Collaborate with the Head of Finance to design and implement finance transformation projects that streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Evaluate current financial systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, automation, and standardization of financial procedures, ensuring adherence to Lean Six Sigma standards.
• Analyze and interpret financial data, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing resource allocation, cost reduction, and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational effectiveness
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, technological advancements, and data analysis techniques, integrating Lean Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement in both finance processes and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in finance transformation, process improvement, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP solutions, and emerging technologies in the finance domain.
• Proven experience in data analysis, with proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) with hands-on experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in process improvement projects.
• Familiarity with Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
