The People Services Software Engineering Team at Procter & Gamble is responsible for creating modern employee-facing applications that deliver outstanding experiences using industry leading technologies & methodologies and is looking for Software Engineers with passion to craft, build and deliver systems or applications that tackle real business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Turn technical requirements into system or application features by writing quality source code and delivering on time.
• Design, build and leverage CICD pipelines for pushing new features to test, QA and/or production environments.
• Create and execute unit and integration testing before launch. Conducts functional and non-functional testing.
• Write user documentation, both internal and external, to accurately represent application design, functionality, ongoing maintenance tasks, security controls, etc.
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features.
• Fix bugs in application functionality based on continuous improvement and user-submitted problems and questions.
