Take ownership to ensure delivery targets

As Supplier Execution Engineer you will be responsible to drive strategic and long-term strategies to shape Procurement commodity strategy and enhance material fulfillment process for the assigned commodities. You'll work with Procurement, Quality, Engineering and Suppliers to improve supplier performance and capabilities through Lean & Digital methodology, technical assessment and cross-functional collaboration .
You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short and long-term business goals. Ensure business strategies are followed for fulfillment, quality in order to deliver on time customers’ orders, with the proper quality. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the product / commodity managed.

As Supplier Execution Engineer you will be responsible for:

• collaborating with Procurement, Engineering and Quality, and taking part in the commodity strategy definition and new suppliers qualification, performing capability/capacity/LT assessment and ensuring the correct implementation of consistent risk mitigation plans and flawless execution
• Supporting strategic NPI/NPD projects and decarbonization initiatives, aligned with the whole company mission to introduce new products and reduce the carbon footprint
• Collaborating with Operational Excellence Team and Kaizen Execution Leader to lead Suppliers in Continuous Improvement journey, defining and executing Kaizen roadmap through Lean & Digital methodology, aiming to improve suppliers' delivery performance and reach business's OTD target
• Participating in cross functional Action Work Out (AWO) to drive and support continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to improve supplier execution performance and material availability

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s in industrial Engineering;
• Have experience in Engineering, Procurement or Manufacturing roles;
• Have sound knowledge of O&G products and their production process/methods;
• Have willingness and ability to travel;
• Have exceptional leadership skills;
• Be oriented to continuous improvement;
• Have excellent communication skills in English and Italian;
• Be results orientated, proactive problem solver, and a team player.
