Department Overview
The IT Division develops and maintains all systems that provide services, delivering top-level customer satisfaction. It manages hundreds of projects annually, and proactively utilizes the latest technology, as well as synergy within Rakuten Group's other services.

Why We Hire
We are looking for employees to hire this position due to our service expansion, including new account holders and the balance of assets under custody.
Position Details
As the number of individual financial assets are increasing, we reached over 10 million general securities accounts last year. The more operations have expanded due to grow the number of clients, the more importance have grown operational monitoring over the years.
To improve productivity in system monitoring, we are looking for the employee who can develop a next-generation monitoring system from scratch while ensuring security, promoting DX by streamlining the operation process and automating monitoring.
Promote Business Automation
- Propose improvements in current operational processes
- Promote RPA and automated operational tasks for monitoring operations
- Build upon automation efforts relating to AI
Operate and maintain services for stable system operation
- Coordinate to all related departments when an incident occurs
- IT Service Management (ITSM) operations in financial systems
Work Environment
IT Operation Department, IT Division
Role
You will be assigned for manager or leader class role.
Mandatory Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in any of the following; (when it comes to requirements, the more the better)
- Experience using ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) to improve operations
- Build an automated monitoring system from scratch
- Experience in APM operation and management
- Experience with server or network automation
- Experience of implementation in operational monitoring on 24/365 systems or in financial systems
- Experience in RPA for financial system operation
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience or knowledge of retail securities business
- Manage a team as a PM or PL
