Role Mission:

As our Tech-Savvy Sales Architect, you will navigate the complex landscape of AI and ML talent acquisition, crafting sales strategies that resonate with our high-tech ethos. You're tasked with more than just closing deals; you're expected to architect lasting relationships in a domain where precision and expertise are key. Your role is vital in leveraging our technological edge to increase our market share. We have initiated some work in automating our sales operations but are seeking a mastermind to further enhance and innovate in this area, combining sales excellence with marketing acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify and engage high-value prospects in the AI, ML, and MLOps sectors.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated prospecting plans, using your tech-savvy skills to build influential relationships and generate top-tier leads.
  • Become immersed in our business and industry, serving as the go-to expert for in-depth, technology-focused client consultations.
  • Foster strong collaborations with key stakeholders, including our marketing specialist, Talent Acquisition team, and CEO, to align sales strategies with overarching business goals. Your ability to work closely with these critical figures in a lean team environment will be essential in maximizing impact.
  • Innovate and champion cutting-edge sales strategies and process improvements, aligning with our ethos of continuous advancement.
  • Demonstrate exceptional closing skills and a natural ability to build and maintaining client relationships, understanding the importance of follow-ups and sales best practices.
  • Exhibit a passion for utilizing and implementing new sales technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in IT recruitment or AI/ML sectors.
  • Exceptional closing skills, coupled with a talent for engaging and understanding the needs of a tech-centric clientele.
  • Inspirational leadership abilities, with experience in scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding and passion for AI, ML, and Data Science domains.
