• Update the administration forms and correspondence based on the change of business requirement, regulatory requirement or administration process and the stakeholder's feedback

• Update and proofread the content in wording in frontend of the website and mobile app, also the communicating materials of scheme projects and initiatives including scheme notice, new product launches, and customer events etc

• Assist manager to the ad-hoc projects

• Assist manager to evaluate the project effectiveness by generating the project result.

Preferred skills

• Good language skill, in both English and Chinese, particularly in writing

• Good communication and coordination skills assisting manager to implement marketing projects and activities

• Detail and discreet mindset

• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, database, email)

• Problem solving skill

Qualifications

• University graduate in any communication related subjects

• 1-year related working experience

• Knowledge in pension industry is an advantage
