HSE Director

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Health, Safety & Environment ( HSE) Director to join our team. In this role, you will be required to set the Health and Safety processes and procedures for an upcoming Airport and Transportation mega project and you will join a leading a team of passionate professionals in project management.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all aspects of the projects Healthy, Safety and Environmental policies, execution of those policies and overall legal compliance.
• Recommend, validate and monitor the implementation and management of the Health and Safety Management Systems in coordination with other delivery partners and the Client representatives.
• Advises and assists the senior client representative in the establishment and management of health and safety programs and in identifying and eliminating/controlling any hazards to persons and property.
• Have oversight of project risks and opportunities. If needed audit and inspects the job site to detect and correct safety risks and hazards.
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders (government and others) to ensure good outcomes for all HSE matters.
