As a Senior User Researcher in a new function with a transformational focus you will plan, design and lead research activities with users that help teams get a deep understanding of the people that use Bupa’s products and services.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

• You’ll help others create research activities in larger teams and on more complex projects. This research will help to inform proposition, service, content, and interaction design so that our products and services meet the needs of our users and are truly customer centric. An extremely important part of everything we do at Bupa.
• You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of researchers, UX designers, visual designers and content designers to help design experiences for all areas of the business.
