Job Description:

As the first line of technical leadership within the value stream, the Senior Production Engineer is responsible for reducing unplanned line losses & providing technical continuity within a value stream to enable consistent performance. Has a strong conections and frecuently lead miltifuntional teams using EWP (engineering work process) methodologies.

- Designs and manages preventive, predictive, corrective, MSE and other maintenance processes/programs.

- Coordinates, participates, contributes, etc., in workshops, kazen's, root cause analysis, with the aim of providing a root solution to recurring and/or high-impact failures or problems.
- Manages and controls the projects and annual budgets of its area of ​​responsibility, and at the same time, proposes initiatives to generate savings.
- Ensures that processes, equipment and facilities in your area of ​​responsibility are safe to operate and have a sanitary design/construction
- Take assignments to develop and execute specific projects within Supply
- Participate with initiatives in the Sustainability program (SiG)
