What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support in developing the budget and strategic plans. Interact with all levels of management in completion of all budgets.
  • Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgets.
  • Compile monthly management reporting, tracking and communicating results to upper management.
  • Manage lease accounting including tracking critical dates, updating schedules, invoice processing, providing journal entries, and performing account reconciliations.
  • Compile investment applications for new projects.
  • Ensure all departmental guidelines are communicated properly and timely.
  • Perform cost controlling to ensure budgets are upheld.
  • Work closely with accounting department during month-end close.
  • Manage invoice coding to ensure proper allocations of expenses.
  • Ensure all financial closing and reporting deadlines are met.
  • Assist in annual year-end audit review.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and stream-lining.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and requests as needed.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • 3-5 years previous experience working in the field of Finance or Accounting
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel

We’d Love to See:

  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, OBIEE, Coupa, CoStar, Concur and XStore systems
  • Excellent attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
