The Business Operations Specialist role will primarily be responsible for operations for billing, collections and reconciliations and other support activities.

The position requires to have a self-starter, well organized, strong attention to details, Excel skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy the challenge of taking on new and exciting opportunities.

About the Role
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of daily operations by handling various tasks such as customer inquiries, training sessions, etc.

  • Create and update operation manuals

  • Coordinate with internal teams on project management

  • Plan and organize events such as seminars and webinars

  • Support clients through e-mail or phone regarding technical issues

  • Prepare monthly reports related to sales activities

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication

About You

As a Business Operations Specialist, you should ideally possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, finance, or related field
  • Native level of Japanese
  • Fluent level of English (both spoken and written are required)
  • Effective communication skills both within local teams and across global functions.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel and Access) skills is a plus
