Position Summary

This position is for a Lead or Senior Business and Technical Consultant on the Process Automation &Customer Technologies team in Customer Service Technologies. This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software robots for Customer Service’s related processes. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on RPA development and will work closely with key stakeholders at all levels, including supervisors and management in the Customer Services organization and IT.
