Job Description

Minimum Requirements...

• Namibian Citizenship
• Grade 12 with commercial or business-related subjects and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an insurance intermediary or related experience in the financial services or, Grade 10 with commercial or business-related subjects and a minimum of five years’ experience as an insurance intermediary or related experience in the financial services and markets sector,
• A clear criminal and credit check
• Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a professional image
• Good planning, organising and time-management skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
• Proactive and passionate about sales
• Outstanding networking skills
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-starter and team player
• Valid Driver’ license
• Having a vehicle will be an added advantage
