J ob Description:

DTN currently has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Quality Engineer II. This individual will be responsible for testing the quality of APIs and Websites for exciting products. This includes manual verifications, smoke test, usability, manual regression testing, etc. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of functional, regression, performance, scalability testing in a distributed application environment.

What you will be responsible for:

• Ensure code quality of engineering team
• Develop and execute complex functional and automated tests by taking a risk-based approach, using available testing processes and tools
• Collaborates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyze, debug, and resolve issues
• Provide quality engineering leadership on one decentralized scrum
  teams accountable for delivering sprint goals including defining test strategy and collaborating cross-functionally
• Participates in the enhancement of automated tools and maintains automated regression suite

What you will bring to the role:

• Knowledge of Agile Testing methodologies in an Agile environment, particularly Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practice
• 2+ years of experience using tools such as Python, Playwright, Locust, Selenium, Pytest, Pytest_BDD, DevTools and Postman
• 2+ years of experience in testing REST API Services
• Knowledge in executing non-functional testing
• Good foundational understanding of Agile/Scrum process. JIRA, Confluence
• Knowledge of Docker and Linux
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse testing technologies and techniques

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 46,667 and PHP 66,667 monthly. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
