Starface is seeking a Senior Designer to join our joyful, bold, caring, and resilient Creative team. In this role, you will be working as a part of a small team, you will be responsible for developing and executing designs and creative concepts across a variety of visual merchandising and packaging concept initiatives while still staying true to the overall brand identity under the guidance of the Senior Art Director. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in 2D/3D design and have an immense attention to detail, strong color and aesthetic sensibilities, and rendering experience.

The right person for this role has immense attention to detail, strong color and aesthetic sensibilities, and illustration skills. This role will also require strong project and time management skills with a proven track record of success in meeting tight and crucial deadlines.
