Clarivate is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our growing, global compensation team! In this position, you will partner with team members to support and advance our job architecture and compensation programs at Clarivate. You will work alongside business and HR leaders on job descriptions, job requirements, skills and competencies, job utilization, market practices and pay ranges.

As a motivated performer, you will have a strong sense of accountability, ability to work as part of a fast-moving team, and an ongoing commitment to and investment in our mission. Collaborating closely with the team and HR Business Partners, you will support effective job management and compensation programming that supports business needs and build relationships, both peer-to-peer and with key stakeholders.
