Senior Technology Operations Analyst

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop mappings and transformations to add content to products, migrate content sources to new manufacturing methods, and perform break/fix analysis and repair using third-party or internal applications.
• Create web-harvesting or transformation services, cross-referencing data structure with capabilities of systems and product requirements.
• Collaborate with partner teams to resolve content issues.
• Train new hires in ingestion processes and tools.
• Share functional and technical knowledge with teammates.
• Maintain team and process documentation.
• Contribute to cross-functional, non-standard projects and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience
