We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, CGW Markets - Cash Equity Dealer based in Singapore. Job Description:

  • This cash equity dealing role is based within Citi Global Wealth Markets, providing direct (client facing) and indirect (system management) equity execution services to clients.
  • Facilitate clients’ equity trades in the Hong Kong, Singapore and US markets.
  • Continuously monitor client orders placed through online channel, handling any trade or system issues in conjunction with Operations and Technology.
  • Work closely with Technology on system related enhancements and maintenance.
  • Assist with corporate actions and settlement queries.
  • Ensure conformity with global Firm standards of client service, regulatory, compliance, and operating model.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Good understanding on equity markets and trading systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with both internal staff and external clients
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships across functional and geographical lines
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Regulated role with applicable/mandatory licenses and/or qualifications
  • Bachelor's/University degree
