Lab Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CAL (Calibration) activities for equipment in the QC Lab as per the predefined schedule.
• Responsible for executing the commissioning and qualification processes for equipment until it is operational in the QC Lab.
• Responsible for executing the de-commissioning and retirement processes for equipment, including documentation processes for asset accuracy in the QC Lab.
• Responsible for coordinating with vendors or suppliers and implementing contractor management requirements.
• Responsible for executing CAPEX and documenting the system-related aspects, including asset accuracy in the QC Lab.
• Responsible for change management, including documentation, qualification design, qualification execution, and reporting, as per the given target and timeline.
• Responsible for implementing Quality Risk Management as the QRM leader, as per the applicable GMP requirements.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with major mechanical engineering or IT engineering or Pharmacy.
• Familiar with Computer Validation and Data Integrity Requirement.
• 2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
