What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for key TM and sanctions optimisation, development, and implementation projects.

• Leading on the design, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions screening rules.

• Working closely with data analytic and IT teams to ensure appropriate controls are in place to manage Financial Crime risks to support rapid and safe business growth.

• Liaise between the technical teams and compliance, in helping to translate compliance needs into technical solutions.

• Work closely with the first and second line of defence to provide insights and recommendations and prepare teams for systems and controls changes.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes.

About you, you have

• 2+ year experience in financial crime or compliance operations, preferably in a Fintech.

• Evidence of successfully managing projects.

• You’re great at explaining processes and complex requirements to people.

• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.

• You’re passonate about financial crime, putting clients frist and working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

• You have demonstrable experience of thinking strategically whilst also knowing when a tactical approach is required.
