About the role:

This dynamic role combines advanced technical skills with strategic thinking, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, where your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior analysts in our support team
  • Developing and implementing advanced solutions for complex technical issues
  • Designing and optimising database queries and data models
  • Managing and optimising cloud infrastructure
  • Conducting software development and testing for application improvements
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance application performance
  • Implementing best practices for technical support and knowledge management

About you:

We are always on the lookout for individuals that value a strong culture just as much as working on great projects. In terms of requirements, you will ideally have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or a related role.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
  • Experience with software development methodologies and testing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.

Bonus Skills (Not requisite):

  • Experience in QA, Automation Test Engineering, or Software Test Engineering.
  • Expertise in implementing and maintaining best practices for technical support.
  • A track record of successful project management in a technical environment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • You're effective by nature - you like to move fast, you enjoy creating innovative solutions, and you love validating and being thorough in all aspects of your day-to-day job.
  • An insatiable curiosity about emerging technologies and their potential applications.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
