Job Description Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Staff Analyst to be part of our IT Customer Office team who will be responsible for performing business analysis tasks, gain in-depth business knowledge of customer facing applications in China, arriving at solutions that lead business strategies through implementation for Analog.com/China, eCommerce and other customer facing applications in China. The individual will be working closely with China Marketing, Legal and technical teams for highly visible and customer facing applications. The individual will also be responsible for being an advocate of agile practices & principles and will guide the implementation teams in becoming a more dynamic & highly efficient agile team.

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with China Digital Marketing team to translate & support analog.com/China and China eShop roadmap to a well-defined and organized product backlog and ensure transparency and alignment with our agile development teams.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, solutions architects, QA teams, contract development partners to build design, facilitate business decision making, escalate issues impeding the progress and timely completion of the project.
  • Be a trusted technology advisor to China business users to select and deploy solutions to meet business needs.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements and solutions based on existing operating procedures in China.
  • Maintain the team backlog, define, and prioritize requirements for the Analog’s China website and other customer facing applications such as China Engineer Zone and China eShop.
  • Independently and effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines.
  • Demonstrable ability to make decisions and collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take ownership and close assigned production issues in a timely manner following the change management process.
  • Review the assigned production issues, identify the root cause of the issue, and provide solution to the development team for fixing the issue.
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.

Qualifications Required

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience with at least 3 years in a Business Systems Analyst or similar Role.
  • Experience in customer facing product management experience – UI/UX, e-Commerce, Web, and Mobile apps.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems such as Sitecore & Adobe, and web analytics
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Ability to make Data-driven decisions & effectively communicate abstract/complex interactions of systems, processes, and people.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with various levels in the organization and has the influence to drive team players to action and commitment.
  • Experience in designing web sites or web-based software and mobile experiences using content management systems preferably Sitecore.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft development platforms, Cloud platform and DevOps.
  • Good understanding of cross-platform/browser compatible, dynamic applications for web and/or mobile, source control systems and CI/CD.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity in .Net Technologies like ASP.Net, C#, Win Forms, MVC, Web Services & Test-Driven Development.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or other agile management tools.
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and skilled at troubleshooting issues over multiple technical environments.
  • Scrum master certification is a plus.
  • Familiar with internet payment method in China is a plus.
