Operations & Client Services Officer

The Company is seeking an Operations and Client Services professional to be responsible for day-to-day operational (new client onboarding, credit monitoring, client billing) and client services (client pre-sales/testing, onboarding, production trading, upgrades and custom developments) support. He/she will work with key internal and external stakeholders to define, communicate and achieve a smooth and seamless client experience.
