About Lead to Cash:

Are you ready to imagine the future and help us transform? Lead-to-Cash is an ELT sponsored process re-engineering program tasked to dramatically simplify and streamline HP's processes from lead generation to cash collection. We are looking for a strong and passionate change Management and Deployment professional.

Description

This role includes designing and implementing a structured change management and deployment plan that maximizes user adoption and minimizes resistance. This role supports Pricing Transformation workstream and works in coordination with the Global Process Owner vision and transformation charter/roadmap. The role reports to Head to Process Excellence in Lead to Cash.

This person will work in an agile fashion to ensure deployment readiness with targeted users for the deployment of new processes and tools.

This person will also oversee adoption of new capability and process and where needed drive root cause analysis, removes roadblocks​ and ensures the program meets its adoption metrics.

This role requires excellent management of change, communication, and planning skills to successfully manage multiple change projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

  • Implements the optimal change strategy for their assigned L2C program workstream (Pricing Transformation).

  • Owns the mapping and understanding of the journeys of impacted personas.

  • Ensures full stakeholder mapping and analysis of stakeholder needs for communication, training, and support.

  • Prepares and gives presentations and updates to stakeholders and impacted user groups.

  • Defines training strategy, content and process documentation with workstream and process owners.

  • Monitors adoption and recommends strategies to overcome adoption roadblocks.

  • Drives a mindset of transformation and change.

  • Works closely with the L2C MOC and Deployment team and sub-process owners throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Enables employees to embrace and adopt new ways of working and operate in a new environment.

  • Organizes and delivers webinar or F2F trainings and workshops as applicable.

Experience, knowledge & skills

  • Proven track record driving successful change experience at HP.

  • Ability to engage with all levels at the company and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • PROSCI and/or ADKAR certification is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of project management approaches, project stages with Agile or SCRUM experience an advantage.

  • High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently and manage project objectives autonomously.

  • Ability to understand complex processes. Prior experience in HPs functions is desirable (Sales Ops, Supply Chain, Finance etc)
