About the Role:
Unbounce is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. This position is part of the People Operations team, which designs and operates the systems and processes to deliver an outstanding employee experience to all Unbouncers. This role will work with leaders across the Sales & Customer Operations teams and act as a trusted advisor, building the bridge between teams, their people, and leadership. This role reports directly to the Manager, People Operations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Build and develop strong relationships & trust with all leaders in your business portfolio, with strong business acumen and understanding of their teams
- Empower the People Leaders in your portfolio by acting as a coach to support their growth and development, provide guidance on day-to-day people practices, and drive P&C initiatives including performance enablement, compensation, engagement, feedback & employee relations matters
- Provide support for the members of your business portfolio in moments through the employee lifecycle including managing leaves, offboarding, title and salary changes, etc...
