The Account Manager-Field Sales is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the customers and accounts for their specific region. Key deliverables include acting as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues representing delivery of all services to the customer. Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Working with new and existing distributors on sales plans and be responsible for the implementation. Put in place measures to review distribution performance on periodic basis and take corrective actions to achieve sales targets. Work with multiple data sources to forecast, track and performance in line with business goals.

  • Grow customer relationships and deliver exceptional service through customer visits, product demonstrations, training/education programs, product in-services, and problem resolutions.
  • Works with current customers to build future projects and qualify new opportunities.
  • Responsible for maintaining market share at current accounts by delivering exceptional service through team driven directives and assist with product training needs within a defined region.
