Product Manager - Personal Entertainment

The top line

You will help managing the Personal Entertainment product group commercially – maximising sales, profit, brand awareness and purchase consideration in Spain and Portugal. Guided by our Pan-European strategy, you’ll rigorously analyse your product group to set annual budgets and forecasts. From there, you’ll be a motivating partner to the sales and Trade Marketing teams tasked with executing your plans, using your data-driven insight to adapt strategies that fit the local market.

In detail

• Analyse the market, competitors, consumers and sales performance for your product group.
• Manage the monthly forecasting: product and account wise quantities, pricing and commercial investment.
• Set yearly budgets and forecasts for the sales and brand activation teams.
• Create and coordinate a local marketing strategy to maximize both sell out and demand creation.
• Review implementation of promotions and analyse performance against competitor activities.
• Manage the product lifecycle, new launches and end-of life product transition.
• Responsible for implementation of pricing conditions and commercial investment (Sell-Out Allowances / Stock Compensation).
• Carry out rigorous monthly reporting on your product group’s performance.

Who you are

• University degree, proficient working with Excel and Power BI.
• Commercially minded, analytical profile (business planning background is valued)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Significant experience in a similar position (consumer electronics will be valued).
• Ambitious, self-motivated and highly professional
• Passionate about technology
• Fluent in Spanish spoken & written. Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge English spoken & written
