ING Australia is hiring for a Marketing CRM Automation Lead! The Marketing CRM Automation Lead will be responsible for leading a team of experts who produce and execute marketing and compliance communications for the Retail Bank. Working alongside the Targeted Marketing team, the Marketing CRM Automation Lead will liaise with stakeholders to design, build, QA & execute email and SMS communications to ING customer in the newly implemented Customer Engagement Platform/cross channel marketing platform. This role will be a driving force in leading the design & implementation of the customer engagement platform with responsibilities including: being a key stakeholder for the customer engagement platform project, people leadership (building and leading a team of experts to manage day-to-day workload) and being the centre of expertise leadership and cross functional partnerships.
