Job Summary

Lead and direct the Claims Operations unit to meet its operational and financial performance requirements. Maintain up to date knowledge of legislation, regulations, best practice and industry trends, which pertain to claims administration, claims cost control, procurement and supplier management. Oversee the customer processes, change initiatives and control measures that drive productivity, ensure service delivery and contribute to business unit performance.

The role requires a seasoned professional with deep commercial acumen, critical thinking abilities, solid leadership and decision-making skills, and a proven track record of driving operational success.
