Job Description

Role Summary: As a Senior Technical Writer at Sprinklr, you will work on cutting-edge AI first features and create architecture diagrams, process flows, and engaging documentation to provide the first layer of support to the customer as they begin their Sprinklr journey. You will write administration guides, implementation guides, and architecture guides for our Marketing, Social and Ads products.

Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Creation and Enhancement:

o Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to create high-quality documentation.

o Write and enhance user guides, developer guides, and reference materials for Sprinklr services.

2. Technical Expertise:
o Develop a deep understanding of Sprinklr’s products, services, and underlying

technologies.
o Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation. o Troubleshoot and validate information by working closely with product and

engineering teams. 3. Research and Standards:

o Conduct thorough research to gather accurate step-by-step instructions. o Ensure consistency, clarity, and correctness in all documentation.
o Review and edit technical content with relevant stakeholders.

4. Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Technical Communication,

Engineering, or Computer Science.
o Proven experience writing technical documentation.
o Strong technical expertise in Sprinklr or similar platforms. o Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills.
