Your responsibilities:

• You will manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of corporate warehouse.
• You will ensure all orders are shipped or delivered to customers or in-house production workshop in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules.
• You will communicate all delays or variances in inbound and outbound orders to the appropriate parties.
• You will enforce corporate policies regarding security and safety in order to maintain a safe work environment.
• You will conduct periodic spot checks and cycle count of goods and manage project/service material/equipment in/out.
• You will manage the tools/equipment cablibation and record and meet warehouse KPI measurement and 5S, also involve in any other duties as required from time to time.
