Let’s talk about responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of APAC Health Consumer Marketing, this pivotal role will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring alignment between Provider and Consumer marketing efforts, and cementing ANZ's reputation as a pioneer in consumer-centric marketing.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Lead, craft, and execute the ANZ marketing strategy.

• Manage the marketing budget and develop growth opportunities for the market.

• Establish a real-time reporting framework to enhance program optimisation.

• Deliver results with influence, directly and indirectly.

• Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including wholesale, sales, commercial, product, digital, creative, local marketing, retail, and eComm, to propel activations throughout the entire marketing funnel.

• Ignite creativity and nurture the appropriate culture to align our efforts with ResMed's vision of being the top consumer choice in sleep solutions.

Key Duties:

• Design and execute comprehensive multi-channel consumer marketing campaigns for the ANZ market, setting clear channel KPIs.

• Manage end-to-end channel strategy for product launches, aligning with key results and sales objectives.

• Evaluate marketing program performance and pinpoint opportunities for growth enhancement.

• Work in collaboration with global creative teams to ideate and develop production of marketing materials, encompassing digital content, print collateral, and event promotions.

• Working alongside the global PR team, identify PR and Communications opportunities to boost upper-funnel awareness across all channels, including print, digital, and in-store, both visually and audibly.

• Oversee ambassadorships, media opportunities, and advertising initiatives, both proactively and through agency partnerships.

• Learn from and contribute to other ResMed regions, such as the US and European teams.

• Assist the APAC consumer marketing lead in preparing and maintaining the annual marketing budget, strategy, and optimisations for ANZ.

• Be visionary and commercially astute; a consumer-oriented individual adept at brand building.

The ideal candidate will not only have experience leading and coaching teams, but also possess strong omni-channel expertise with a proven track record of tangible results. Additionally, the ideal candidate will apply an analytical mindset, have strong collaboration and presentation skills, and successfully deliver results through influence.

For you to succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications (or experience) in Marketing, Communications, Biomedical or any business-related discipline .
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous marketing experience in medical, pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Agency experience favourable
