Role purpose

The Producer at We Are Social acts as the conductor of all our productions, which are a combination of always-on low fidelity content and some larger projects/campaigns, ensuring seamless orchestration and execution. This includes meticulous planning, conducting Pre-Production Meetings (PPM), overseeing the entire production process, ensuring timely delivery of final edits, and maintaining the quality and coherence of our shoots from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production from end-to-end. Planning, PPM, Production and Edit Delivery.
• Client facing and attending key meetings pertaining to the production of a project.
• Ability to travel for shoots globally (passport or e-visa)
• Within Priority Campaigns and Sponsorship Shoots; the producer joins the content creator for the shoot ( and thus will be travelling average once a month)

  • Liaise with DOP and fee negotiation in consultation with SAM/AD.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional experience in social media content production and post-production activities on global projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver projects within allocated resources.
• English level as a mother tongue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel internationally for project shoots. (passport or e-visa)
• Experience in leading end-to-end production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
• Previous experience working with major clients in a global setting.
