Associate Analyst Purchasing

• Send POs to suppliers properly based on demand
• Follow up the production schedule tightly to ensure that PO can be shipped out before the delivery date specified in PO.
• Responsible for the calling the material from vendor
• Implement strategic purchasing plans to meet production demands and company objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and payment terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and track usage to forecast future material needs accurately.
• Work closely with project team to provide competitive quotes in timely manner and support company to win new business.
• Drive cost savings initiatives while maintaining high quality and reliability of supply. optimizing spending while maintaining quality standards.
