Your responsibilities:

  • Support development of a yearly strategy / roadmap for trainings & events for the Partner with Customer organization
  • End-to-end process for global events
  • Market analytics and reporting
  • Support the identification of knowledge gaps and areas for upskilling together with Talent Management / HR
  • Develop training concepts

Your skills / qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Critical thinking & attention to detail.
  • Result driven and self-organized
  • Ability in working with external and internal customers in all regions
  • Native or Business fluent in English
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Power Point and Excel
