KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
•• The support requests in system, network and office automation area are processed, tracked and submitted to stake holders in stipulated deadlines
• Requests for service delivery (hardware/software/right for system access) are processed or transmitted to support teams; asset management information is up to date, hardware and services implementation are in accordance with IS engagements
• Security rules are applied
• Provide support for deployment projects

As a Server Certificates and Security Administrator, your main role will be to verify and approve server certificate requests based on established criteria. You will be responsible for checking the conformity of zone, administrator email address, and contact address. If a request does not meet the required criteria, you will reject it and send an email to the requester to redo the request.

You will also be responsible for managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) data. This includes revoking cards/tokens that are carrying, revoking active cards/tokens not present in LDAP, and revoking expired cards/tokens (authentication certificate). ...
