IT Service Owner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Service Management Specialist with a solid understanding of service management principles and a strong background in dealing with business stakeholders in an IT environment. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services while bridging the gap between technical teams and business needs.

What you'll do

• Manage and govern CAD service capabilities, ensuring adherence to COBIT framework, to implement, monitor and improve ΙΤ management practices
• Define and design strategic plans and roadmaps for the development of CAD service capabilities
• Management of service budget and personnel, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources
• Conduct thorough analysis of CAD services, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Establish and communicate global standards, policies, and guidelines for the CAD services

Who you are

• Experience professional in an Autodesk environment and ideally worked with similar platforms in the past as well
• Knowledge with ITIL Service Management principles and familiarity with "best practices" for IT Service Management
• Effective communication skills to align teams and inspire confidence
• Ability to quickly adjust strategies, plans, and mindset to navigate rapid changes is essential for success in our dynamic environment
• Resilience is crucial for bouncing back from setbacks and adapting to change, ensuring stability in challenging environments
