The Logistics Administration Assistant will be part of technical IT team responsible for providing day to day logistics administration support to the local team as part of an ICT outsource contract to Hartlepool Borough Council.

This position involves the continual maintenance of stock and the corresponding databases, ensuring the systems accurately reflect the levels of stock in the store room and on customer sites at all times. The role will involve ordering, taking delivery of and booking goods inwards and outwards, regular cycle counting of individual components, dispatching customer orders and ensuring the general tidiness of the store and office area at all times.

Ensuring the accuracy of database items off all IT equipement within Hartlepool Borough Council.

Alongside this the successful candidate will also be required to work alongside colleagues providing Facilities Management functions, assisting in the running of the Office.
