HA strategy development

• Develop feasible and effective HA access strategies based on national policies, key customer needs and company development strategies

Project management

• Plan national/regional medium- and long-term brand academic projects based on the company's market access goals and HA strategies;
• Cooperate with national associations and key hospitals to build medium- and long-term hospital management cooperation platforms and pharmacy development cooperation platforms;
• Develop and implement effective activity plans
• Develop overall budgets and project budgets

Cross-functional cooperation
