Training Instructor Level 1

Job Summary: The Training Instructor Level 1 is responsible for gathering business requirements for existing data warehouse processes and applications in production by interviewing technical experts and subject matter experts (SMEs). This role involves scheduling walkthroughs and business reviews to validate requirements, identifying and documenting metadata usage and data lineage, and mapping business process flows using Visio. The Training Instructor Level 1 provides outstanding service to all customers and exercises judgment in guiding less experienced team members. This individual leverages their knowledge of insurance concepts and principles along with technical knowledge of electronic insurance applications to conduct root cause analysis and document findings to drive defect resolution. This role will assist in developing and delivering training programs for federal IT systems and applications.
